How the online course works
After your registration we will send you a confirmation email with your access details and an instruction manual. You will have access to your first module where we set you up for success, explain how to complete your own DISC Assessment and how to get the most out of the certification course.
You will then be guided through 14 online modules learning about the fundamentals of DISC and Emotional Intelligence, unpacking your own report and how to facilitate DISC.
All modules have instruction videos, resources, reading, some require completing exercises, others require to complete quizzes. The course is completely self-paced, but we recommend avoiding big time gaps.
You can only proceed to the module once the current module has been completed. Once all modules are completed you will schedule a 60-minute face to face session with our Master Trainer who will answer any open questions, help with tips on how to facilitate DISC 1:1 and in groups/teams and explain how we support you on your certified trainer journey.

By the end of these modules, you will know the history of DISC & the theories the assessment is based on. You will also have an overview of DISC, being able to explain it to any audience and understand not just the context but also the benefits of using DISC
We dive into each DISC style and by the end of the module 6 you will know strengths and potential limitations for each style
This module will introduce Emotional Intelligence, its history and why it is such an important skill to adopt so we can build better relationships.
You will use your own DISC Flow Core Report and self-validate all 3 sections (DISC, emotional intelligence (EI) & DISC & EI combined). By the end of module 10 you will be able to debrief DISC Flow reports.
In this module we dive into skill of reading people. We are using an interactive and fun activity to practice your people reading skills.
We explain the level of validity & reliability in this module and why this is important for you to know.
You have access to 5 different reports and in this module we explain the purpose and how to best use the different reports for different people an groups. By the end of module 13 you will know each report and its benefits.
In this last module we explain how your FACe account works where you administer your learners and reports. By the end of module 14 you will have access to your DISC FLOW Certified Trainer Toolkit so that you can get started debriefing and running workshops.
